Free Replacement Eligibility

We offer free replacements in the following situations:

  • The product arrives damaged or shows signs of physical damage.
  • An incorrect item was supplied.
  • There is a defect such as visible printing or production errors.

Window: Replacement requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

How to Request a Replacement

  1. Identify the issue with the product, such as deformation, misprint, or missing pages.
  2. Take clear photos of the affected areas.
  3. Email us at support@synergicswiftpublication.com with your order ID and date, full name and phone number, a brief description of the issue, and the photos as attachments.

Our team will review your request promptly and guide you through the next steps.

Cancellations

  • You may request an order cancellation before dispatch or shipment by contacting us at support@synergicswiftpublication.com.
  • If the order has already shipped, we'll help you with a replacement as per the policy above where applicable.
